Full Management

This package is designed to take the stress out of being a landlord by allowing us to look after and manage your property. From the moment your property is first marketed until the deposit is returned, you can rest assured that if there is ever an issue, we've got it covered.;

Rent Collection;

For landlords who prefer to be a bit more hands on with their investment. We would find you the best tenant(s) for your property, collect the monthly rent on your behalf along with a monthly statement and arrange legal certification to ensure your property is compliant with the letting regulations but you would look after the management of your property yourself (i.e. deal with repairs / maintenance issues / tenant queries etc).

Let Only

For experienced Landlords who have the time and relevant contacts to deal with the day-to-day running of their property i.e., collecting their rent, dealing with repairs and maintenance and tenant queries / issues themselves. We would just facilitate the initial tenant find including the preparation of legal documentation and comprehensive tenant referencing checks, along with ensuring your property is complaint with legislation prior to entering into a tenancy.
